I am currently a graduate student at the Master’s in Counseling at the MidAmerica Nazarene University and work under the supervision of two licensed counselors. Prior to my path into the field of counseling, I obtained a Master’s in History and Social Studies (Saint-Petersburg, Russia), a doctoral degree in Linguistics (Saint-Petersburg, Russia), and an Associate Degree in Neurodiagnostic Technologies (Kansas City, USA). I have worked as a university professor, an interpreter, and a Neurodiagnostic technologist. I am fluent in English and Russian, actively work on Spanish and am open to working with individuals, couples, and groups.
At MetaNomadic Therapy Counseling, I offer a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, and work towards the life you truly want. Having been an immigrant myself, I understand the unique challenges accompanying the transition and adjustment to a new country: migratory stress may resurface childhood traumas; previous coping strategies are not working in the new environment; new interpersonal patterns have not formed and leave a nomad feeling isolated… Deep intrapsychic journey begins after the migration has been accomplished. Let’s get on this journey together!
